Hello,
It's me again* I know it's been awhile since you
heard from me*
This is why After losing almost exactly 30 pounds with
am300 I hit a
plateau* I mean it was the mother of all plateaus
that lasted a little
over two months and the scale didn't budge an inch except
to go back and forth a pound or two! Aaagh!
I struggled,
I cursed, I screamed* I didn't stop taking my Am300,
though, call it a test of faith* After two months
of this I decided to check out the inches (Thank heaven
for tape measures)* I had lost an all-over total
of 61/2 inches! Ok, that was enough to keep me going*
I also went and bought me a new pair of jeans*
Probably
the best part of that was that they are 16's but there
is no "W" on them* You know the one that is supposed
to stand for "Women's" sizes but I thought it always stood
for WIDE! LOL!
Now,
in the course of the last two weeks the whoosh fairy has
visited* I've lost another 91/2 pounds* For all
of you keeping count that's almost 40 pounds gone!
WooHoo! That only leaves me with (realistically)about
26 pounds to go. No Sweat! I'll keep everyone up
to date when I can*
