Thank you for writing me! Yes! I love my screen name too. :) It says everything about me. I just wanted you to know that this am-300 was from God above! I have been praying for something for years! (I`ve been on the prescription diet pills and everything else!) I have been able to stay on a regular diet.

And loose from 175 to 155 since April. Safe And easy. I haven`t even started exercising yet. I wish people knew the torment I went through being over weight....People just don`t get it! They just look at us And say...well, they should just stop eating, And loose all that fat! God! I wish it were that easy! Thanks! April email:

Tracy, Just a progress report... It has only been 4 days since I started using AM300 At the same time, I've been doing low-impact, moderate aerobics for 30-minutes daily (two weeks so far). I'm keeping my food about the same, which isn't great, isn't awful... just enough to make me gain 5 pounds each year over several years. Anyway, the 7 glasses of water turned out to be a no-brainer, which surprised me because I'm notorious for not drinking much.

But I'm quite thirsty these days, And I suspect it's due to the AM300 I'm not sleeping too well, though because I'm warmer feeling. Even though I take the second dose at 3pm, I can still feel it hours into the night. I've noticed that my waistband is fitting better. My belly is smaller this morning. I can feel And see progress!!! This excites me. I sure hope it continues like this. I'll be sure to 'rest' every six days or so just to be sure I don't develop some kind of tolerance to the herbs. So far, so good.

Tracy, Today is the beginning of my 7th day of taking the AM300's And the AS200's, I haven't weighed yet but there is already a noticeable difference in inches. I was able to get into a pair of jeans I haven't been able to get into in quite some time. My daughters wedding is coming up the 10th of June And hopefully, I will be where I am wanting to be by then.

I had taken them before And lost weight, but then when I moved was unable to find them. I had tried so many other things, Metabolife, etc. without any success at all other than making me feel weird. Anyway, I am glad I found you on line And will stay in touch with you And let you know of my progress. Thank you Donna

Dear Tracy, I would like to continue to get helpful hints on AM300 I also wanted to take time out to thank you for sending me this helpful information. :) I've been taking AM300 for about 2 weeks now And my energy level has jumped up dramatically. I really don't need to loose weight, but I do want to get more fit. I only weigh about 140 lb.now And I want to get down to about 120. AM300 gives me the energy I need to work out more efficiently.

Hi Tracy! Just thought I would give you my latest update on my progress with AM300 The last time I checked in with you I believe it was Oct or Nov. I had lost 47 lbs. And was preparing to go on a cruise in December. Now it is Jan.6 And the cruise was great! (Did not gain 1 lb And ate what I wanted ). Now, I did not do some of the things I said I was going to do on the cruise, like use the treadmill or walk the deck of the ship, but I did not "pig-out" either - because I was not hungry! Now I have even surprised myself, but even after the holidays have not long passed I have lost another 10 lbs!! - 34 more to go! I wanted to lose it all by the end of February for my nephew's wedding but I don't think it will happen.

But what the heck, there is another wedding in our family in June And I know I will be doing some major celebrating then!! ( I should have reached my goal by then - just in time to wear shorts!) I cannot tell you how good I feel , the energy I have And the shock of my husbands attitude - HE is now going thru clothing catalogs And saying "I think this would look good on you - you should get it if you like it - Talk about a 180! It's great! Also, my son is a student at a local university And he And I try to make all of the home ballgames - well this basketball season our tickets were kind of in the nosebleed section so

I was a little worried about getting winded climbing the steps - well, I'm not even winded - I even go up And down several times to the rest room (must be the water!). Anyway, I continue to tell everyone about AM300 because they visibly see what it has done for me - physically And emotionally! Thanks again - I'll update again when I'm getting close to goal - it will be a total of 90 lbs! I never thought I would happen - And with no effort! Wish me luck!

Tracy you will never guess what happened to me last FRIDAY I had a girl drive to my house from hers 100 miles away from here that is NOT a misprint it was 100 miles to my house to buy a bottle of AM300 And to get the paper work on becoming a distributor because she did not want to wait on the mail, she wanted it right now. I had sent her a sample And she loved them so much that she wanted all info now I sent that the greatest thing you have heard? any way I wanted to share this with you I thought it was great I have never had that happen to me before. Tracy, Thank you for your suggestions. I love A-300. A friend referred me to your website. She has been taking it And has gone from a size 13 to a 5. I have been taking it for 2 months And have lost 40 pounds! I told two people in my office And now they are taking it also. I love the product. I have tried several And have not had the results I have experienced with AM300 I have lots of energy. The biggest plus is I do not have the sugar And carb cravings I used to have. Tracy, I just wanted to let you know that I have been on AM300 for four weeks now. I have only lost 5 pounds but I have lost 5 inches in my hips And 4 inches at my waist. This is without drinking all the water recommended. I just ordered another bottle of 120 count. I plan on drinking all 64 ounces of water every day while I am at work. And at night, I am going to work out on my Torso Tiger (so when the weight comes off, I will have a great flat, toned stomach). I hope this works. I also signed up for the automatic shipment of 1 120 ct bottle every month. If this actually works, I have a lot of people that want to order.
